A self-taught artist, I started off by tracing drawings from school books and magazines, gradually realizing my passion for art and painting over a period of time. It would be fair to say that I tried quite a lot of unusual techniques during my childhood days, which I understood is called mixed medium art or installation art. Now I mostly use mixed mediums to reflect my thoughts and bring them to life on canvas or any artistic surfaces.
I create my art based on instant thoughts and ideas, as I strongly believe true artists are those whose ideas and thought processes do not stay in one place, but keeps wandering every moment, all the time. The only styles wherein they express their emotions is via abstract, semi-abstract, installation, and contemporary arts.
To quote Sir Edward Hopper (1882-1967), “If you could say it in words, there would be no reason to paint.”
